Who is the BLS program for?

  • For managers who are taking on greater responsibility but lack a full understanding of business operations
  • Top talents and future leaders within organizations
  • Executives driving innovation and corporate transformation

  • The role and development of managers within the company
  • Connection between business units and how to manage a business
  • Leadership and communication skills
  • Practical application through business simulation and case study

Why is the BLS program necessary?

Feedback from 350+ participants of the Business Leadership Sprint points to key benefits the program brings to mid-level management talent and those who’ve recently taken on higher organizational responsibility:

Business Leadership Sprint enables participants to view business as a whole and understand the complex interconnection between departments, preparing future leaders to be drivers of change and business development in their organizations.
Today’s leaders need more than technical knowledge and management skills. They need self-awareness — to know who they are, where they want to go, and how to reach their highest professional and business goals.
Mokrogorska’s original case study, based on local experience, is highly relevant to our market and business environment. Participants face complex challenges, develop creative and innovative solutions, and analyze results together with lecturers and the actual owners and executives of the business featured in the case.
Through participation in the cutting-edge Business Strategy Game (McGraw Hill), participants experiment with different strategies and innovative solutions, make key decisions, and see the consequences of their actions in a simulated environment.
Participants receive a detailed picture of their management competencies, personality traits, and motivation patterns. Career development is then discussed to help select the best mechanism for maximizing both personal and professional potential.
There’s much to learn from other professionals. BLS participants come from various industries and different professional backgrounds, all sharing the drive to take on responsibility and pursue leadership roles. The exchange of experiences adds significant and proven value.
