General Sales and Service Use Conditions

The purpose of this document is to define the general terms of sale of Mokrogorska, including sales made through website registration, order forms, online sales, as well as the mutual obligations of the buyer and Mokrogorska Ltd., as the seller.

Mokrogorska Ltd. reserves the right to change this document without the obligation to notify its users separately, so it is advisable to read this document before each use of our services.

By submitting an order form or application in any format, including online applications, you irrevocably accept the following terms of use and sale:

Mokrogorska doo is responsible for organizing programs and business events, including changes in the program, event dates, and schedules.
All programs are conducted with a minimum of seven participants. Otherwise, Mokrogorska reserves the right to postpone the date until an acceptable number of participants is reached.
The program price does not include accommodation and meal expenses.
The program price does not include transportation costs to Mokra Gora or any other program venue.
All participants and clients of the program are required to pay tuition fees before the start of the program, unless deferred payment is stipulated by the contract.
n case of engagement without a contract, the client is obliged to pay the full amount in advance according to the price list or offer.
Participation in the program is secured by a signed contract or receipt of payment from the client.
In case of program cancellation less than 14 business days before the start date, Mokrogorska reserves the right to retain the paid deposit.
n case of absence for justified reasons, the participant may be granted:

Participation via online video connection,
Access to the platform with recordings and materials,
With the approval of the Executive Director – a new date within the school’s schedule.

Withdrawal more than 14 working days before the start – possible program substitution or refund.
Programs are invoiced in the month they are held.
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court in Belgrade.
Participants grant permission for the use of photographs and video recordings for promotional purposes without compensation.

Online applications for programs

All orders placed through the online portal are not binding until payment is made. Participation is considered reserved until payment or the payment deadline expires. After the deadline, the reservation is canceled.

Upon payment, the order becomes binding.

Online Payment

Payment options include cards: DINA, Visa, AMEX, MasterCard, Maestro.
Confidential data is transmitted via SSL protocol and PKI system.
Security is guaranteed by Banca Intesa’s processor, and card data is not accessible to Mokrogorska.

Payment based on a payment slip.

Upon completing the order, the user receives a sample payment slip via email. Payment can be made at the bank, post office, or through electronic banking.

It is important that the payment slip details match the provided instructions. Incorrect payments will not be accepted, and the money will be refunded. If the payment is not made within the specified deadline, the reservation will be automatically canceled.

E-tickets and vouchers

E-tickets are automatically sent to email after the payment has been recorded (1–2 business days).

What is an e-ticket?

An e-ticket is an electronic version of a ticket that allows a single entry to the event. The first person to arrive with a valid e-ticket gains the right to enter. The organizer is not responsible for printing, copying, or loss of the e-ticket.
