At the end of last year, we organized an in-house training program titled Change Management in cooperation with the Mokrogorska School. Since the topic is more than relevant, participants were motivated from the start, and the expertise and engagement of the lecturers further boosted their interest and enthusiasm.

With Tanja Kljun, we conducted the training Emotional Intelligence and Communication with Difficult People. The goal was to strengthen our sales and procurement teams in the areas of improving communication, understanding different people, reducing stress, and thus providing even more effective service to our partners.
