Tatjana Kljun

Biography

Trainer, consultant, Gestalt coach, and psychotherapist under supervision, with decades of experience in all forms of crisis communication, stress management, and team collaboration. A lecturer in business and crisis communication, negotiation skills, assertive communication, emotional intelligence, and the development of interpersonal skills through personal growth and development groups.

At the Ministry of Internal Affairs, she worked on issues of terrorism and organized crime. She is one of the founders of the Serbian Ministry of Internal Affairs Negotiation Team and long-time leader of the SAJ Negotiation Group. In addition to graduating from the Criminalistic-Police Academy, she continued her personal and professional development through NLP training, business and family constellations, and a four-year program at the Gestalt Psychotherapy Institute. She is a regular lecturer and trainer at the Center for Crisis Management and Negotiation and a long-standing collaborator and lecturer at the Republic Agency for Peaceful Settlement of Labor Disputes and Mediation.

She speaks and writes Spanish and English fluently and has working knowledge of Italian and Portuguese.
