Biography

About 25 years of total professional experience in a number of different industries, both in business management and in human resources management. Worked in various systems, both foreign and domestic, in positions such as operations, logistics, sales, procurement, and marketing. In the second part of his career, worked in various human resources positions, both in the country and abroad. He is now the Director of Skills Development at Mokrogorska Business School. Areas of expertise include the development and implementation of human resources strategies that support a company’s business goals, the recruitment and selection process for talented staff for your organization, implementation of employee training and development programs, introduction and improvement of systems for monitoring and evaluating employee performance, creation of competitive compensation and benefits systems to retain key talent, identification and development of talent through strategic human resources management, and ensuring a safe and healthy working environment through tailored procedures and practices.

He received his primary education in Belgrade and completed secondary school in Budva. He graduated and earned his master’s degree from the Faculty of Management at Braća Karić University. He completed his Master of Business Administration at the University of Sheffield in 2008, and earned his doctorate in strategy from Grenoble École de Management in France. Certified NLP Master.
