Predrag Đukić

Biography

An experienced manager, lecturer, consultant, and specialist in the development of key employee skills. He is an expert in cognitive skills development at the National Center for Talent and a member of the international Morphis Consulting team, composed mainly of seasoned Lean Six Sigma practitioners.

He has over two decades of experience in leadership roles across companies of various sizes, industries, and functions – from marketing and sales to research, development, and HR. Specialized in transactional and transformational management, team development, and mentoring. He designs and leads corporate training programs focusing on organization, problem-solving, decision-making, and creativity, subjects he has written about in both domestic and international publications. He has lectured at international conferences and educational institutions – from kindergartens to universities, including Trinity and Merton Colleges at Oxford. As a global Mensa ambassador, he has spoken at events in the USA and EU about developing cognitive abilities through games.
He is Chair of the Mensa International Volunteering Network Committee and the author of the book Managerial Skills Development. A regular lecturer and trainer at the Center for Crisis Management and Negotiation, and a long-time associate and lecturer at the Republic Agency for the Peaceful Settlement of Labor Disputes and Mediation. He earned his Master’s degree in Management at the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Novi Sad.
