Milan Radovanović

Biography

Specialist in leadership and professor in undergraduate and master’s studies at the Academy of Arts in Belgrade. Founder and Director of Program Development at the Center for Leadership and Team Training Arma Dei. One of the founders and Creative Director of the agency Effective Marketing.

Graduated from the Philosophy Group of the Orthodox Theological Faculty at the University of Belgrade. Regular collaborator of the Biblical Institute and member of the expert team of Bible translators from ancient original languages into Serbian. Earned a doctorate in interdisciplinary scientific studies of Art and Media Theory at the University of Arts in Belgrade. Under the mentorship of academician Vladeta Jerotić, completed a series of trainings in psychotherapy. Certified trainer in assertive communication. Lecturer and collaborator at the Center for Crisis Management and Negotiation. Completed leadership skills training, teamwork, strengthening willpower and character in extreme survival and nature navigation conditions within The Outward Bound Trust, United Kingdom. Regular lecturer and trainer at the Center for Crisis Management and Negotiation and longtime collaborator and lecturer at the Republic Agency for Peaceful Resolution of Labor Disputes and Mediation.
