Goran Lalić

Biography

An expert, lecturer, and consultant in the fields of business strategy, marketing, and management. With over twenty years of experience in the private sector working in companies of various profiles and sizes, as well as more than ten years of experience in the energy sector. He has translated his acquired knowledge into programs focused on strategic management principles, the impact of change and innovation on business strategy, and the modern development of business practices and models in the field of renewable energy sources.

He worked in the FMCG industry and in multinational companies such as Heineken Serbia and Colgate-Palmolive Adria, where he achieved significant results in developing both domestic and international markets. At NIS a.d., he spent seven years in managerial positions within the Energy division. As a director, lead consultant, and trainer, he is engaged with Advise Institut, a company specializing in consulting and the delivery of training programs in business process management, human resource development, business strategy, sustainable operations, and financial management, with a focus on energy and renewable energy sources.

He earned his degree in marketing from the Faculty of Economics in Subotica, Novi Sad department. He completed a prestigious international MBA program at the Athens University of Economics and Business as one of five scholarship recipients from Serbia. He obtained his master’s and PhD degrees at the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Novi Sad, in the Department of Quality Management.
