Tatjana Kljun, trainer, consultant, Gestalt coach, and psychotherapist under supervision, has 27 years of experience in all forms of crisis communication, stress management, and team collaboration, gained through her work in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, primarily on issues of terrorism and organized crime.

I enrolled in the Communication Management module with the goal of assessing its relevance for my company, and I can confidently say that it exceeded my expectations. The program is comprehensive, practical, and focused on real business challenges. The instructors are highly professional, the materials are of high quality, and the interactive approach enables easy adoption of key skills.
I would especially highlight the applicability of the acquired knowledge – already during the module, I identified concrete opportunities to improve communication within my company. Additionally, one of the most valuable experiences was meeting wonderful people from various fields, which further enriched the entire process and made this module even more valuable, as new friendships were also formed.

Through engaging workshops, I learned how to more effectively receive and convey messages, adapt communication to different target groups, and better manage public speaking—which was also my challenge 😊 stage fright.

Since there weren’t many participants from the technical field in this program, I don’t think I will have much networking with the other participants.
