COMMUNICATIONS MANAGEMENT

I enrolled in the Communication Management module with the goal of assessing its relevance for my company, and I can confidently say that it exceeded my expectations. The program is comprehensive, practical, and focused on real business challenges. The instructors are highly professional, the materials are of high quality, and the interactive approach enables easy adoption of key skills.

I would especially highlight the applicability of the acquired knowledge – already during the module, I identified concrete opportunities to improve communication within my company. Additionally, one of the most valuable experiences was meeting wonderful people from various fields, which further enriched the entire process and made this module even more valuable, as new friendships were also formed.

A warm recommendation to everyone who wants to improve internal and external communication processes!

Through engaging workshops, I learned how to more effectively receive and convey messages, adapt communication to different target groups, and better manage public speaking—which was also my challenge 😊 stage fright.

The program was an excellent opportunity to connect with experts from various fields. The exchange of experiences allowed me to gain new perspectives and approaches in professional communication, as well as to understand the challenges faced by other colleagues. Additionally, through working with the instructors, I received concrete advice and tools that I can apply daily in my work.

I would absolutely recommend this program to everyone who wants to improve their communication skills, whether they work in management, media, public relations, or other fields where effective communication is key. The program combines theoretical knowledge with plenty of practical exercises, examples, and workshops, making it extremely useful and applicable in both business and personal communication.

I apply the acquired knowledge and skills daily in my work.

I structure my messages to employees or clients better, negotiate more effectively, and present myself with greater confidence in both public and internal communications.

Each instructor was wonderful and inspiring—left an impression and taught us something new. However, my personal favorite is Tanja Kljun… she taught me to breathe, pause, look within myself, and think about what and how I communicate/how I understand the message… especially in conflict situations.

I would definitely recommend this program because it provides fundamental principles and lessons that are important for building business and personal relationships, but are often overlooked by most of us."

Since there weren’t many participants from the technical field in this program, I don’t think I will have much networking with the other participants.

The lectures are based on the instructors’ real-life experiences and the challenges they have faced throughout their careers.

I started the Communication Management program without any expectations (since I had already attended some communication programs), but in the end, I came away with many impressions and new experiences that I can apply to my personal development, as well as to the development of my company."

I learned how to communicate effectively with different groups using various techniques. I also improved my public speaking skills, which will support my future professional development and boost my self-confidence.

Participation in the program contributed to my professional development by helping me acquire new skills in the field of communication and provided an opportunity to network with colleagues from various industries and different positions, which allowed us to exchange experiences. This networking process also helped me better understand different approaches and challenges in communication across diverse business environments.

I would recommend this program to everyone. In addition to theoretical knowledge, the program provides practical skills that can be immediately applied in everyday professional life.
