MEMBA is designed for experienced and accomplished leaders – those who have already achieved much in their careers but understand that growth does not end with a title; it begins with personal development. The program is created for top executives, owners of successful companies, and decision-makers who aim to improve themselves, their organizations, and the business environment they operate in.
Through seven modules in Serbia, Switzerland, and China, participants undergo a deeply structured development process that combines the best global practices with local applicability. Working with top lecturers, engaging in concrete projects, and intensive peer exchange make MEMBA not just a diploma, but a space where leaders become prepared to lead what comes next.
MEMBA is not just an educational program – it's a dynamic space for strategic thinking, leadership development, and redefining business directions. It is intended for leaders who are not seeking a diploma but knowledge and tools for making decisions that shape people, companies, and society.

MEMBA is a two-year intensive program for experienced professionals. If you'd like to understand whether you're the right fit and how the program meets your needs, a consultation with the Mokrogorska team will help you get answers.
Since I come from a different country and culture, it was very important for me to be exposed to as many challenges and differences as possible, so that I could compare what I experienced at MEMBA with my previous experiences, and thereby reflect on how much I personally have certain limitations or false beliefs, and how much of it is a matter of the culture and mentality I come from.
My team and I started a startup during the MEMBA program and are still working on it. This is one of the aspects that greatly distinguishes the MEMBA program in terms of seriousness and focus from other MBA programs—something I couldn’t have anticipated but was actually very important to me.
Besides the incredible lecturers, great atmosphere, and excellent organization, the greatest quality of the program is the team you will collaborate with.
Participation in the MEMBA program was one of the most valuable experiences in my professional development. The program significantly helped me enhance my business awareness and recognize new business opportunities, which enabled me to make better decisions and manage the business more efficiently.
One of the greatest benefits was the opportunity to connect with amazing people from the business world — colleagues, mentors, and lecturers. I learned a lot from them, not only through formal lectures but also through the exchange of experiences and practical discussions that helped me see business from different perspectives.
The lecturers are truly outstanding — not only do they possess extensive academic and practical knowledge, but they also knew how to convey it in a way that is immediately applicable in real business situations. The combination of theory and practice made every segment of the program dynamic and valuable.
The knowledge and skills gained from the MEMBA program have enabled me to improve my business, enhance strategies, and manage resources more efficiently. This education was not just an additional step in my learning but a key factor in my professional advancement.
The final thesis represents the culmination of the MEMBA program, enabling students to apply the knowledge and skills they have acquired in a real business context. This project assignment provides participants the opportunity to demonstrate their understanding of the key competencies developed throughout the program, as well as their ability for strategic thinking, teamwork, and high-level decision-making.
The thesis is carried out in teams of at least three and at most five members, simulating a dynamic business environment where leaders collaborate to solve complex challenges. Although the initiatives that teams may develop vary, all final projects fall into one of three key areas:
The project team acts as the Executive or Management Board and defends its proposal before the decision-making body, which consists of a commission made up of experienced practitioners and/or potential investors. This process ensures that the projects do not remain merely academic exercises but have practical value and potential for implementation.
